If you are a long Jupiter, FL native or have only had the great pleasure of vacationing here, you would all agree that Jupiter is a little slice of paradise that we are lucky to either live in or visit. With an average annual temperature of 75.5*, you can visit the beach, play a round of golf or enjoy some the best outdoor activities around almost every day of the year!
Like many locals know, the Town of Jupiter is continually doing construction on the Jupiter Riverwalk, which when completed will give public access to approximately 2.5 miles of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Jupiter Inlet.
Regarding some of the Riverwalk amenities, the Town of Jupiter stated that “visitors will be able to enjoy a scenic walk or bike ride and observe both marine and upland wildlife. Early morning and evening excursions will provide opportunities to observe manatee, stingrays, a variety of fish and birds, including the ever-present Ospreys, and an occasional American Bald Eagle.”
Currently, over half of the Riverwalk project is completed so pedestrians and cyclist can go all the way from the Ocean Way beach access to Habourside Place. Jupiter’s Riverwalk is just another way to give residents and visitors of Jupiter, FL an up-close look at our amazing paradise!
