About Sarah Sullivan

Sarah Sullivan began her own decorating and interior design business in 2007 and she brings her design skills, construction knowledge, and decorating eye into every real estate deal.

 

She is a little different from other Realtors®, in that she works with you through the buying and selling of your home and beyond. If you need any design direction, construction consultation, or furniture and home décor advice, she makes herself available before, during, and after the real estate transaction.

 

Her business philosophy is grounded in the fact that she is a niche Realtor® who only works with a handful of clients at a time managing their transactions from beginning to end. It is her knowledge of the housing market, her relationships in this market, and her experience in real estate and working with others in the design and construction business, that define what she does and how she does it.

 

She currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of her condo association in Florida, so she brings a special skill set to both buyers and sellers in the condominium market. Sarah and her husband have a blended family of 5 kids, 4 girls, and 1 boy. In her free time, she loves boating, walking on Jupiter Island, and visiting her kids that are spread across 4 different cities!
