We had never met Traci when we contracted with her to sell our condo on Jupiter Island. Our communications were either by telephone, internet, or FaceTime due to illness and inability to travel to Florida. My husband and I met Traci Chivers 22 years ago when she helped us buy and sell one of our condos. 12 transactions later, Traci and Ty Chivers are still our number one. This specific transaction wasn’t any different than any others. They have become family over so many years of knowing them, so they never steer us wrong. Although, I feel they must treat all their clients like family. They even went to the extent of deterring us from purchasing other units that they thought were not perfect enough for us.
