About Traci Chivers

Traci Chivers has lived in Northern Palm Beach County for over 20 years with her husband Ty and their 2 children, Zachary and Hannah. Traci, along with her husband Ty, began their Real Estate careers in 1997 with the hopes of changing the way people buy and sell Real Estate. Their full-time, full-service team approach quickly escalated into a unique real estate concept upon which they built their business.

 

You will often hear Traci say that clients of Premier Properties of South Florida quickly become a part of their family and it is the truth. It brings Traci such joy to be able to offer the very best services to her clients now and in the future. Traci works tirelessly for her clients and ensures that their needs are being met during every step in the buying or selling process. Specializing in the Sales and Marketing aspects of the company, Traci knows how to position a home so that it sells fast and for top dollar.

 

In her spare time, Traci loves to take rides on the boat, read by the pool, paddleboard with her daughter and do whatever she can to make her family her number one priority.
