Owner, BrokerTy Chivers has lived in Northern Palm Beach County for over 20 years with his wife Traci and their 2 children, Zachary and Hannah. Ty, along with his wife Traci, began their Real Estate careers in 1997 with the hopes of changing the way people buy and sell Real Estate. Their full-time, full-service team approach quickly escalated into a unique real estate concept upon which they built their business.
Ty has a get-it-done attitude and will do everything within his power to find the best home at the best price for his clients. In 2005, Ty opened a construction company, First Premier Builders, with the idea of being able to assist their Real Estate clients with their home preparation needs, a service that not many other Real Estate companies offer. Along with his expert team, Ty runs this construction company that has expanded from handyman repairs, to now a full renovation and new construction business.
If not working, you can find Ty on his boat, on the baseball diamond with his son, cooking a delicious meal for family and friends, and using every free moment to spend time with his wife and children.
